In-House Coaching Consultancy Process

Stage 1 : Initial Invitation
At your invitation, and having thoroughly understood the objective of the CEO / COO / Sales Director regarding a need for training and direction, a bespoke coaching needs analysis survey will be designed by Recruiting Excellence in preparation for the Orientation and Exploration Phase.

Stage 2 : Orientation & Exploration Phase
In order to gain a full 360 degree evaluation of your company’s training needs and make the necessary coaching recommendations, Recruiting Excellence will seek to meet with a number of people across the hierarchical spectrum of your company from the COO, to directors, managers, consultants and sales team.

Stage 3 : Findings, Conclusions and Evaluation Phase
The results of the Orientation and Exploration Phase will then be presented, discussed and evaluated by the board, as we review all feedback from our survey and Recruiting Excellence’s proposals for the necessary bespoke coaching programme.

Stage 4 : Course Preparation, Design and Delivery
Recruiting Excellence will then design all course content, workshops and role plays in alignment with the specific and agreed challenges and needs of your company and its employees, in preparation for the course delivery.

Stage 5 : Follow Up - Group Conference Call
The delivery of the training course will be supported with a group conference call 4 weeks post training, to offer all delegates the opportunity to relay and share their successes, challenges and experiences with the trainer and fellow delegates, and to ask for further direction if required. This feedback will then be shared and discussed with your management team to assist them with their staff appraisal process moving forwards.

Stage 6 : Process Implementation Review - One-to-One Mentoring
Recruiting Excellence will return to your company at the 8 - 12 week period post training, to follow up and review the implementation of our techniques into each individuals process and performance accordingly. This feedback will then be shared with the management team for their appraisal process moving forwards.
